Refund Policies

  1. Refund policy for hiring as Travel Advisor: 


a. Retainers are non-refundable and provided during the period of providing a quote.


b. You may request a *hold by contacting Sara Elizabeth via text or email ( On the notification date, your retainer will be on hold for 3 months which you can resume during the 3 months. The day after the last day of the 3rd month, your retainer is expired. A hold can be used once, and a new retainer will be required if it expires. Requests for holds must be made in writing to


*hold: All the work being done is on hold; no more work will be done by Sara Elizabeth until told to remove the hold


2. Refund policy for text subscription: 


a. Refunds for text subscriptions must be submitted to the customer service box within 2 weeks of signing up. Signing up means when the first payment is taken. 


b. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within the defined refund period 


c. 6.3 If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.


b. Right to terminate if extra people are added and payment for extra parties being added are not paid within 2 weeks from notification of adding people
