Terms and conditions

Refund policy for hiring as Travel Advisor:

a. Retainers are non-refundable.

b. You may request a *hold by contacting Sara Elizabeth via text on her cell phone. On the notification date, your retainer will be on hold for three months which you can resume during the three months. The day after the last day of the 3rd month, your retainer is expired. A hold is available one time before a new retainer will be required.

*hold: All the research and work is on hold that Sara Elizabeth has done or is going to do

Refund policy for text subscription:

a. A refund of the first payment can be requested within two weeks of signing up from the first payment received date. No other refunds are allowed at this time.

b. Eligible refunds will be opted out of text subscription on the notification date.

c. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice.
